We don’t think you should have to wait, or pay, if your handset is faulty. So we now include a 24 hour replacement service for faulty handsets as standard on specified business plans.
what's included?
We replace faulty handsets (like for like), SIMs and chargers free and usually within 24 hours of agreeing the fault. Batteries are also covered for the first 6 months.
what does it cost?
If your service plan includes faulty handset replacement there is no additional charge for it. An administration fee may be payable for claims.
