Handset replacement

If you have a faulty handset, we’ll replace it in 24 hours.
We don’t think you should have to wait, or pay, if your handset is faulty. So we now include a 24 hour replacement service for faulty handsets as standard on specified business plans.

what's included?
We replace faulty handsets (like for like), SIMs and chargers free and usually within 24 hours of agreeing the fault. Batteries are also covered for the first 6 months.

what does it cost?
If your service plan includes faulty handset replacement there is no additional charge for it. An administration fee may be payable for claims.

There are currently no qualifying non-branded devices designated by Orange

Answer Phone costs

Answer Phone is charged at the normal call rates according to your talk plan.

To access Orange Answer Phone, press and hold down the Answer Phone key on your Orange phone or call 123.

  • Press 2 to manage your greetings
  • Press 3 for different settings and features including sending a voice message directly to someone’s answerphone (option 4)
  • Press 0 for help

When listening to a message.

  • Press 1 to listen to your message again
  • Press 2 to save the message
  • Press 3 to delete the message
  • Press 4 to receive a free text with the callers details so you can store straight into your phone book
  • Press 5 to reply with a recorded message back to the caller’s answerphone
  • Press 6 to pause and restart the message
  • Press 7 to rewind the message 10 seconds
  • Press 8 to skip to the next message
  • Press 9 to fast forward 10 seconds
  • Press # to return the call and save the message at the same time

All your calls will be diverted to the phone of your choice and if you are not available then it will go to your Answer Phone in the usual way. Then if you don't have your Orange phone to hand, people can still get in touch with you, on your mobile number.

* calls to 330 to set up and activate Everyphone are charged at 8.5p (ex VAT) per minute, costs may vary when calling from another UK landline
* calls diverted to other Orange phones and landlines are not charged

* dial 330 from your Orange phone or 07973 100 330 from any other phone
* enter your Orange phone number (followed by # if you are calling from a landline)
* enter your PIN number (followed by # if you are calling from a landline)
* select 1 to set an Everyphone number
* enter number followed by #
* hang up

A text message will be sent to your phone confirming that Everyphone is activated. To deactivate Everyphone
* dial 330 from your Orange phone or 07973 100 330 from any other phone
* enter your Orange phone number (followed by # if you are calling from a landline)
* enter your PIN number (followed by # if you are calling from a landline)
* select 2 to cancel
* hang up.
* A text message will be sent to your phone confirming that Everyphone is deactivated.
