40-48 Working Hour SLA [Product dependant]

Engineering Working Times
Monday - Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays) 08:30 - 17:30

Standard Care operates during BT normal working hours. For the reporting of faults the Scancom Support is available, 24 hours a day, seven days a week (including UK Public and Bank Holidays).  Standard Care Fault Cases can be logged out of hours but will not be progressed outside of office hours 09:00 -17:30. BT will clear the fault within 40 hours of receipt of the fault report, excluding any allowable parked time.
