How do I activate the SIM?
All preloaded SIMs are already activated.Simply insert the SIM into your device, and it will be ready for immediate use.
Can I port my number to this SIM?
Number porting is not supported.
Each SIM is tied to a Scancom account, so the assigned number cannot be transferred or changed.
How can I check my data allowance?
This service does not include built‑in data‑usage monitoring.
To track your usage, you can use any third‑party data‑tracking app available on your device or through your app store.
You may choose whichever app best suits your needs, as we do not endorse a specific one.
When will my data refresh?
Extensions and renewals are not available. The network applies a fixed disconnection schedule that cannot be overridden.
If you require ongoing service, a new SIM will need to be purchased.
