Termination Policy
Payments are taken at the start of each billing cycle.
If a payment fails, your service may be temporarily suspended. You’ll have 3 days to make payment before the SIM is cancelled and cannot be reactivated. To avoid any interruption, please ensure your payment details are up to date.
To avoid being charged for the next billing period, please ensure your cancellation request is submitted before your next billing date, as requests made on the day of renewal will still result in a charge.
Breach of Fair Usage Policy
Data usage of more than (600GB Vodafone & O2) (1000GB EE & Three). This includes fraudulent, abusive, illegal, nuisance, or outside normal commercial practice usage.
