Can I port my number to this SIM?
Unfortunately, number porting is not available.
The number is registered to a Scancom account and cannot be transferred. Sims can not be registered under your name.
When will my data refresh?
Your data allowance refreshes automatically on the 7th of each month.
How can I check my data allowance?
This service does not include built‑in data‑usage monitoring.
To track your allowance, please use any third‑party data‑tracking app from your device’s app store or on the device.
You may choose whichever app best suits your needs, as we do not recommend any specific one.
How do I remove the content lock?
