To help customers who may have been affected by the floods in Pakistan, we’ve made mobile calls, texts and data used in Pakistan free-of-charge between Aug 31 and Sept 5 (inclusive).
We’ve also made calls from the UK to Pakistan free, to ensure our customers are able to keep in touch with loved ones free of charge.
We’re continuing to closely monitor the floods and will help customers in the region wherever we can.
Calls, texts and data used in Pakistan have been zero rated, meaning there’s no further actions for you or your customers to undertake. However, if a customer contacts you to query, please reassure them that their bills will not be impacted by the usage.
