Three Pre-paid Data Usage: I understand there is no way to check the data usage with this SIM. Other than using the device the SIM is in. This can be done by resetting the device's cellular statistics. Go to Settings > Mobile Data or Settings > Cellular, then tap Reset Statistics. Insert the Data Sim and it will track the usage from that point.
